I Have Been SOOOOO Amiss.

I miss the writing.  Here they are, my edits await me, a three day weekend and I have a flu bug.  How worthless is that?  I have wasted valuable time on the Sheriffs blog for the BBC show Robin Hood.  I have still enjoyed wasting said same valuable time.  Otherwise, I am getting sleepy all over again.

Then there is always baseball.  That is on later.

New Rent Paying Job.

I am working for Chamberlain Group. They are the worlds largest company for making garage door openers. I like the people, have old friends there and the job seems interesting. Already have story ideas banging around my head.

I’ve Missed Writing.

My new rent paying job has a lot to learn.  The people are great, but I joke about having a brain filled to the brim.

I look forward to getting caught up this weekend.  I have edits to do as well!;-)

Why I Write.

During World War II, filmmaker Frank Capra did the series Why We Fight. Well writing is more fun and normally less deadly than fighting.

I find writing is a great release. I used to write when I worked as a librarian. Articles for other librarians.

How did I get started. The seed was planted in March, 2005.

My wife was writing for twelve years before she was published.  She was up for an award at a conference called EPIC.  The Romance Writers chapter in Tucson, Saguaro Romance Writers has an informal meeting the second Thursday night of every month.  My wife is nightblind, so I was attending the meetings anyway.

I suddenly started writing, I have the novel coming out and I am working on a bunch of other books.

Why do I write?  Because it is a part of me!

Getting Blood Drawn

I went to get blookd drawn today.  I decided they need new slogans.

Thousands poked daily.  Our trained vampires are here to suck, I mean serve you.
